These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Metoolzy website (metoolzy.com), its tools, and the Metoolzy Chrome extension (together, “the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. Using the Service

Metoolzy is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use it only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create short links or QR codes that point to malware, phishing, fraud, or other illegal or harmful content.
• Distribute spam, or violate the rights (including intellectual property) of others.
• Abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.

We may disable links, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the URLs, data, and content you submit. You are solely responsible for it and represent that you have the right to use it. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service (for example, storing a destination URL and redirecting visitors of a short link).

5. Intellectual property

The Metoolzy name, logo, website, and software are owned by Metoolzy and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service normally.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any link or QR code will remain available indefinitely.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metoolzy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
